Scanner pour partager From November 12 to 14, 2025, the 4th China Nuclear Energy High-Quality Development Conference and Shenzhen International Nuclear Energy Industry Innovation Expo grandly opened. With the theme of “Digital Intelligence Drives Innovation and Leads High-Quality Development of Nuclear Energy,” this year’s Shenzhen Nuclear Expo aligned with the strategic direction of the CPC Central Committee to “actively, safely, and orderly develop nuclear power.” New quality productive forces in nuclear energy accelerated across the board, and independent innovation in nuclear technology reached new heights. Demonstrating China’s hard strength in nuclear energy on a record-breaking scale, the exhibition covered an area of 60,000 square meters, bringing together more than 600 leading domestic and international enterprises and showcasing over 50,000 cutting-edge technological achievements. It was the largest event in the history of nuclear energy in China and even the world.
Li Huagang, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., and Yu Jun, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group, were invited to attend the opening ceremony and signed the “Artificial Intelligence +” Nuclear Energy High-Quality Development Initiative on behalf of the Group.
Shanghai Electric Group comprehensively showcased its industrial chain layout and project achievements in nuclear power conventional island TG equipment, civil pressurized water reactors, controllable nuclear fusion devices, and other fields. The exhibition highlighted the Group’s digital transformation application achievements, including intelligent manufacturing of welded rotors, flexible automated blade production lines, intelligent stator core stacking, and intelligent operation and maintenance. It fully demonstrated the Group’s technical accumulation and leading capabilities in the field of nuclear power equipment manufacturing, showcasing its core strength.
During the exhibition, a series of events were also held, including the China General Nuclear Power Group Supplier Conference, the keynote forum of the “Digital Intelligence Drives Innovation and Leads High-Quality Development of Nuclear Energy” conference, and the sub-forum on advanced equipment and industrial chains. With its high-quality services and strong capabilities, the Nuclear Power Group was awarded the title of China General Nuclear Power Group’s 2025 Four-Star Supplier. At the same time, CGN Engineering Co., Ltd. and the Nuclear Power Group signed the “Centralized Procurement Agreement for Steam Turbine Generator Units of Units 5 and 6 of the Taipingling Project” at the conference, marking a further expansion and deepening of cooperation between the two parties and injecting stronger momentum into their coordinated development.
